Koko Baga / Starch Porridge


Koko Baga is a porridge made with Millet or Corn Starch. 

-Mix 500g of Millet flour with 2 litres of water. 

-Filter and let it rest for 24 hours minimum

-Take the water out and keep the starch to make the porridge.

-In 2 litres of Boiling Water pour the starch and cook it for 5 minutes. 

-Add one spoon of lemon juice ( you can cut fresh lemon and presse the juice) 

-Sweeten it to your taste and let it cook 5 minutes extra.

Koko Baga can be serve with milk or yogurt.
